Dig In – Arrive & Thrive
New Buds Forming
Last week centered on clearing out what no longer fits—creating space for new possibilities. Now, standing in that fresh space, something small begins to happen.
Not results. Not anything dramatic. Just growth. This week, I noticed new leaves forming on my grape vine. It’s subtle—easy to overlook if you’re not paying attention. But that’s how real progress often begins. Quietly. Beneath the surface. Before anything fully takes shape.
At this stage, the goal isn’t to rush what’s growing. It’s to protect it. Too much neglect, and it fades. Too much pressure, and it struggles. Growth doesn’t need to be forced—it needs to be supported. Healthy soil never stays empty for long. If you don’t intentionally support what you’ve started, something else will take its place. The same is true in life. You can clear out old habits and create space, but without consistency, it’s easy to fall back into what was familiar.
Real growth comes from staying with it—giving your effort just enough attention to develop, without overwhelming it. This week, don’t focus on doing more. Focus on staying consistent with what you’ve already started.
Because progress isn’t about speed. And sometimes, the smallest signs of growth are the ones worth protecting the most. |
